Betterbodies Falkirk is an ‘established’ bricks and mortar stockist which originated way back in 2007. The owner, Dr. René B Rowlings came from a Chemistry background, graduating with a PhD in 1998 at the University of Strathclyde. To date he has published 18 research articles in the field of Organometallic Syntheses, worldwide. 

Fitness Excellence

His greatest passion has always been in the sport of bodybuilding, he competed first in 2004 then in the years 2005, 2008 and finally in 2014, where he placed 3rd in the UKBFF masters class. René’s expertise is in offering “free” nutritional advice from personal experience, where he has battled with his own body weight demons since childhood and now keeps a healthy 10% BF percentage through utilisation of “clean” nutrition.
