4 -Day Split Workout Program

The 4-day split in my opinion is and excellent workout routine for intermediate weight lifters and bodybuilders. Your training should last no more than 45-60mins, so that equates to about 3-4 hours weight training a week this sound nothing but rest is important and off course diet. More is not better in bodybuilding trust me.
